Part-Time Veterinary Nurse – Hornsby Vet Hospital & Thornleigh Vet Hospital

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team, working across both Hornsby Vet Hospital and Thornleigh Vet Hospital.

The Role

This is a part-time position where you will be working across both of our clinics – Hornsby Vet Hospital and Thornleigh Vet Hospital as required, depending on the roster.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Surgical and medical nursing support
• Anaesthetic monitoring
• Inpatient care and triage
• Assisting during consultations
• Diagnostic imaging and pathology support
• Client communication and education
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control

About You

We are seeking someone who is:

• A qualified Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV preferred)
• Confident in general practice and surgical nursing
• Calm, reliable, and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about animal care and client experience
• Flexible and comfortable working across both clinic locations
