Territory Manager

QualificationsProven experience in territory, field, or account management, ideally within agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment machinery sales.Strong customer relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage diverse clients such as contractors, farmers, councils, and commercial operations.Solid commercial acumen with skills in prospecting, pipeline management, pricing negotiation, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.Ability to conduct effective product presentations and basic equipment demonstrations, with a practical understanding of machinery applications.Competence in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools to manage leads, opportunities, and territory reporting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional presentation and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills, including planning territory visits and prioritizing key accounts.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory for customer visits and site calls.Knowledge of Sany products or similar equipment and familiarity with agricultural or earthmoving machinery
