Maintenance Works Coordinator/Estimator

Work Type: Full Time 

Location: Mornington, TAS. 

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 - subject to experience. 

Howrah Plumbing is looking for skilled and highly motivated, Maintenance Works Coordinator/Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the role: 

• Estimating works (small commercial/domestic) 

• Coordinating projects from start to finish 

• Liaising with Plumbers and contractors to deliver positive outcomes for our clients 

• Delivering projects on time and on budget

• Understanding project finances 

• Adhering to all Howrah Plumbing's policies and procedures including safety 

Skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in the plumbing maintenance industry

• Current Cert III or IV in plumbing 

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations 

• Exceptional organisational, time management and leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient in a number of computer software programs
