About this
opportunity:
ICC Sydney is seeking a
detail-oriented and technically capable Event Information Systems Specialist to support and enhance our core business systems, with a primary focus on the
Momentus platform. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems
administration experience, a passion for continuous improvement and the ability
to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
You will:
- Develop business systems training manuals, system documentation and procedures.
- Develop, refine and document changes to Momentus at ICC Sydney.
- Configure and maintain the system based on business needs.
- Introduce and coordinate system upgrades, software releases, patches and configuration changes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated
experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems.
- Experience
with Momentus (formerly Ungerboeck) or similar venue, event management or
ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Experience
developing system documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Strong
understanding of system configuration, testing methodologies and change
management processes.
- Experience
performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating software
releases.
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and
implement process improvements.
- Excellent
stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to
translate technical concepts into user-friendly guidance.
- Strong
attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across a diverse
organisation.
- Relevant
qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, Computer
Science or a related discipline are desirable.
- Valid working rights in
Australia.
- You must be 18 years or over.
