Role overview:
The Office Coordinator supports the effective day-to-day operation of AVI’s Naarm Office. The role provides a consistent onsite presence across five working days to support staff, tenants, visitors and service providers, ensuring office facilities and shared spaces are well maintained.
The position coordinates office operations, tenant administration, workplace bookings, facilities requests and office documentation to maintain a safe, welcoming and functional workplace.
This role is 20 hours per week, typically worked across five days. Standard working arrangements are four hours per day over five days, however flexibility in the distribution of hours can be agreed to meet both operational requirements and individual circumstances.
Because of the nature of this role needing to provide a consistent onsite presence, this is an office-based role.
