In this role, you'll:

Support the delivery of robust, scalable and secure customer technology solutions by contributing to solution design, documentation and governance activities that align business needs with enterprise architecture, technology standards and integrated, reliable digital platforms.

In your role, you will assist in solution design by preparing architectural artefacts, supporting governance processes, and contributing to technical assessments that ensure solutions align with enterprise standards and technology roadmaps.

You will also collaborate closely with delivery teams and vendors to clarify design intent, maintain accurate solution documentation, monitor integration and performance risks, and support continuous improvement in a complex, highly integrated technology environment.

About you

Your solution design and technical analysis skills, formed across complex ICT environments, will see you contribute to well‑governed, fit‑for‑purpose technology solutions by supporting system design, integration and architectural decision‑making.

You’re recognised as technically capable, skilled at producing clear design artefacts and documentation, and experienced in working with integration concepts, cloud platforms, enterprise technology standards, and ICT governance, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
