Every NERPSA employee is expected to uphold children’s rights, listen and respond to children, maintain safe professional practice and contribute to a culture in which concerns are recognised, reported, and acted upon.
NERPSA values the knowledge, cultures, experiences and identities that children, families and employees bring to our services. We are committed to inclusive practice and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities.
