2027 Vintage Weighbridge Clerk

Join our vibrant vintage team in Yenda for the 2027 grape harvest! Each year, we welcome enthusiastic people from across Australia and around the world to be part of this exciting seasonal experience.

We’re seeking Vintage Weighbridge Clerks to assist with the accurate recording and management of grape intake data. This role is vital to the smooth operation of vintage and requires strong communication skills and a high level of accuracy.

As a Vintage Weighbridge Clerk, you’ll be involved in:

• Sampling grapes at intake
• Recording and entering weighbridge data
• Managing documentation and forwarding reports
• Communicating with cellar and vineyard teams

No experience? No worries! We value a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. If you’ve worked in hospitality, farming, or other hands-on roles, that’s a bonus!

What you’ll need:

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a close team environment
• Willing to work shifts and weekends
• Reliable transport
• Available for the full vintage period (January to April 2027)
• At least 18 years old by 31 January 2027

Nice to have:

• Prior weighbridge and grape sampling experience
• Confidence using computers and data entry systems

• All successful applicants will complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
• Interviews will be held in Griffith, NSW in October 2026. If you're not local, we’ll arrange a video interview
• Please note, Weighbridge shifts do not align with Cellar or Laboratory rosters and may not suit those who carpool.
