WorkTrybe is proud to partner with OnDeck as their in-house Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting the continued growth of their Broker team.

We're looking for a highly organised Loan Specialist who can combine exceptional attention to detail with confident relationship management.
This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll work closely with OnDeck's broker network, managing loan applications through the process, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal Credit teams and keeping brokers informed along the way.

It's a fast moving environment where responsiveness, accuracy and the ability to manage competing priorities are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing SME loan applications submitted through OnDeck's broker network
• Reviewing applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Managing multiple deals and priorities in a high volume environment
• Communicating regularly with brokers and providing responsive updates
• Working closely with Credit and other internal teams to progress applications
• Reviewing pre-packaged deals and ensuring applications are ready to move through the lending process
• Maintaining accurate customer and application information within OnDeck's systems
• Delivering a seamless experience for brokers from application through to outcome

What We’re Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates who understand how to manage process, volume and relationships at the same time.

You may come from:

• Loan writing or loan processing
• Broker support
• Lending operations
• Credit operations
• Banking or financial services
• Mortgage or commercial lending support
• Other high volume operational or customer facing environments

Most importantly, you'll bring:

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Accounting or similar) 
• Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence communicating and building relationships with brokers
• The ability to manage a high volume of applications and competing deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A proactive and responsive approach
• Basic Microsoft Office and CRM capability
• Full Australian working rights
