Senior Car Park Attendant (Contract to end of June 2026) – Immediate Start

Location: Manly

Synergie Australia has partnered with a progressive, community-focused organisation seeking an experienced Senior Car Park Attendant.

Pay & Benefits

• $34.87 – $40.52 per hour (depending on experience)

• 25% loading on Saturdays

• 50% loading on Sundays

• 20% loading after 10:00pm

This is a contract role through to June 2026 with an immediate start.

About the Role

• Supervise and support Car Park Attendants

• Handle enquiries and complaints professionally

• Assist with daily administration of parking stations

• Maintain car park equipment (minor repairs as needed)

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service

About You

• Previous experience in the car park or parking operations industry (essential)

• Supervisory or team leader experience

• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

• Commitment to safety and service excellence

Hours (40.5 hrs per week)

• Thursday & Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

• Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Sunday: 3:30pm – 12:00am

• Monday: 3:30pm – 12:30am
