About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Talent, Leadership & Capability to lead CPA's enterprise talent agenda and help shape the workforce to deliver our strategic ambitions. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the Chief People Officer, responsible for leading our Talent Acquisition and Training & Development functions while driving a contemporary talent strategy across the organisation.
We are looking for an individual who has built their career within mid-sized, complex private sector organisations where they have successfully led transformational talent and leadership initiatives. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to partner with senior executives to solve business challenges through people.
