About The Role

As our Marketing & CX Director, you will execute an integrated marketing, customer experience and growth plan that supports customer acquisition, retention and long term brand growth.

Working closely with our Creative Director and teams across the business, you will turn strategy into action. You will oversee integrated campaigns, strengthen the GloBird brand, improve critical customer journeys and ensure our marketing investment delivers measurable commercial value.

This role is based across in our Ringwood office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Execute GloBird’s integrated marketing, customer experience and growth strategy.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to implement GloBird’s brand strategy and build brand equity.
• Oversee customer journey design and optimisation across the moments that matter, from consideration and acquisition through to retention and advocacy.
• Lead the concept development, design and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage media briefing, planning and delivery processes.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that uses social channels to support customer and brand growth.
• Manage external media, research and marketing partners, including procurement, relationships and performance.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and optimise return on investment.
• Use customer, campaign and commercial insights to improve engagement, conversion and marketing effectiveness.
• Demonstrate GloBird’s values of We Care, We Act and We Improve in how you work, lead and collaborate.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience across marketing, customer experience or related disciplines.
• A proven track record in brand building and customer acquisition led growth.
• Experience developing a social media strategy and using social channels to fuel growth.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic capability.
• Expertise in digital platforms, customer journeys and customer insights.
• The ability to work effectively within a high performing, cross functional team.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Energy, utilities or consumer brand experience would be highly regarded.
