Warehouse Assistant

Maverick Bio is seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Assistant to support our Supply Chain team. This role is ideal for someone looking for approximately three days’ work per week, with flexibility to spread hours across additional days if that better suits your lifestyle.

Our Supply Chain team plays an important role in ensuring our manufacturing operations receive the right materials at the right time while maintaining the highest standards of quality, traceability and safety.

What you’ll be doing

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
• Store materials accurately and safely
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
• Process inventory transactions using Business Central
• Maintain accurate stock records and product traceability
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control
• Handle refrigerated and frozen inventory
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse
• Support manufacturing and logistics as required

About you

You’ll be someone who:

• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Takes pride in being organised and accurate
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Can manage physical work safely
• Is comfortable learning new computer systems
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Is dependable and takes ownership of their work

Please note: As part of our recruitment process, applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment medical assessment to confirm they can safely perform the inherent requirements of the role.

Desirable experience

• Warehouse or stores experience
• Experience using ERP or inventory systems
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience in manufacturing or other regulated industries
