You’ll work closely with approachable Partners and Directors, gaining strong exposure and positioning yourself for future leadership progression. 

The Role: 

• Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio 

• Leading and mentoring a team of accountants (up to 4)  

• Managing client relationships  

• Delivering proactive tax planning and strategic business advice  

• Reviewing financial statements and tax returns across multiple entity types  

• Driving business improvement initiatives for clients  

• Financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting  

About You: 

• CA/CPA qualified  

• 6+ years’ experience in Australian public practice  

• Strong tax planning and business advisory experience  

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead teams  

• Excellent communication skills  

• Experience with property, construction, transport or wine clients (advantageous)
