CADDS Group is growing, and we're looking for a FIFO Site Surveyor to join our Survey team.

With a strong pipeline of work from Tier 1 mining clients, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of technically interesting projects while developing your skills with advanced surveying and 3D scanning technology.

This isn't your typical surveying role.

You'll work across 3D Laser Scanning, Reality Modelling, Wear Analysis, Structural Alignment and Topographical Surveys – giving you exposure to a broad range of specialist surveying applications.

As a FIFO Site Surveyor, you'll deliver accurate, high-quality spatial data across major mining projects.

Your work will include:

• Conducting field surveys using modern survey equipment, including 3D laser scanners

• Collecting, setting out and transferring accurate spatial data

• Undertaking topographical surveys, structural alignment and wear analysis

• Post-processing and presenting 3D datasets

• Supporting reality modelling and other spatial data applications

• Maintaining survey equipment to ensure it is performing at its best

• Working closely with clients, engineers and site teams

• Following CADDS Group's processes, procedures and safety requirements

We're looking for a technically capable and motivated Surveyor who enjoys working across different projects and technologies.

You will ideally have:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Surveying, Geospatial Science or a related discipline

• Previous industry surveying experience

• Mining experience and a willingness to work FIFO

• Experience with Trimble and/or Leica equipment and software is highly desirable

• Experience with 3D laser scanning or reality modelling is advantageous

• Knowledge of Australian surveying standards

• A current Australian driver's licence

• Full working rights in Australia
