ABOUT THE JOB

Eilbeck Cranes is immediately seeking a fulltime permanent HSEQ Representative to join our team in Moorlands, Ingleburn, NSW. This role will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems across our operations. This position ensures ongoing compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable statutory and contractual requirements.

Duties include -

• Maintain all documentation related to HSEQ procedures, registers, and records.

• Assist with internal and external audits and manage the closeout of findings.

• Monitor compliance with project-specific QA/QC and WHS procedures in the factory and at site locations.

• Support the preparation and maintenance of QA documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Manufacturer Data Records (MDRs).

• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and non-conformances.

• Implement corrective and preventive action plans and track effectiveness.

• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to verify compliance with HSEQ requirements.

• Control and issue engineering documentation and drawings.

• Maintain KPI records and provide compliance reporting in line with ISO standards.

• Support the delivery of inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions, and HSEQ awareness campaigns.

• Travel between sites, suppliers, and subcontractor facilities as required.

• Maintain full compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver accurate and timely documentation and project deliverables.

• Successfully coordinate HSEQ and quality audits with minimal non-conformances.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, safety, efficiency, and compliance.

• Support the achievement of company operational and project objectives.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and quality in all activities.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• 3+ years experience in HSEQ, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Document Control within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction, or heavy industry.

• Strong understanding of:

  • ISO 9001

  • ISO 14001

  • ISO 45001

  • ISO 17025

• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external certification audits.

• Sound knowledge of quality assurance systems, inspections, testing, documentation control, and compliance processes.

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

• Internal Auditor qualification.

• Experience within crane manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, mining, or heavy industrial environments.

• Knowledge of Australian Standards and client quality requirements.

• Experience managing customer documentation submissions and manufacturing record books.
