Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer to join our Digital Services team.

As a Senior Dynamics 365 Software Engineer you will be responsible for the ownership, architecture, development and evolution of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission’s (ACNC) regulatory delivery systems. You will provide expert technical leadership across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform to support strategic regulatory and digital transformation initiatives. 

You will lead the design, development, configuration and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 and related digital platforms that support ACNC regulatory delivery and public facing services. This includes developing, modifying, documenting, testing, implementing, installing and supporting software applications and systems to ensure they meet business and operational requirements. As part of the Digital Services team, the role works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and executives to design, develop and implement high-quality solutions that improve regulatory effectiveness, operational efficiency and the staff experience.

Our ideal candidate

• has experience in designing, refining, building, and optimising scalable and maintainable solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 
• has experience developing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using Power Pages, XML, HTML, Javascript, C#, .NET, plugins, custom workflow activities, Azure Devops, and Azure-based integrations
• delivers high-quality and supportable solutions through the consistent application of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, quality assurance and technical documentation
• provides technical leadership and guidance to engage effectively with stakeholders to influence business outcomes
• has strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
• demonstrates curiosity and initiative, independently researching and resolving complex technical issues and acquiring knowledge of new technologies, frameworks and concepts while applying industry best practices.

Experience in iApply, D365 Call Centre as a Service, and/or GovCMS will be highly regarded.
