Social Media and Content Coordinator

About the Role

Join our marketing team as a Social Media and Content Coordinator, where you'll bring our brands to life across every channel. Working across a group of residential building brands, you'll create scroll-stopping content, manage our social platforms, and support the day-to-day marketing that keeps everything moving.

No two days look the same. One day you're scripting and filming a reel on site at a display home; the next you're editing photography, responding to our community, boosting a high-performing post, or digging into the numbers to see what's landing. You'll own our presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, coordinate photo and video shoots from concept to final cut, keep our websites and review sites current, and lend a hand with events and marketing collateral along the way.

It's a genuinely varied role with real creative freedom, working alongside marketing, sales and construction teams as well as external agencies. If you love making great content and want to see it out in the world quickly, this is for you.

About You

You're a creative all-rounder who's as comfortable behind a camera as you are in a scheduling tool. You know your way around design and editing platforms (Canva, CapCut, the Adobe suite) and you have a real eye for detail, whether that's colour grading a video or catching a typo before it goes live.

You'll bring:

• Proven content creation experience across photography, videography and editing
• Confidence managing social platforms and using scheduling tools, WordPress and CRM systems
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks to deadline
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Initiative and a proactive approach — you spot opportunities and run with them
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

A tertiary qualification in marketing and hands-on experience with design programs are great to have, but a strong portfolio and a genuine passion for content will always stand out.
