Role Description:
Workato Developer

Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD 108,571 – 119,893 Annual Gross
Please Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-grade integrations using the Workato platform.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust integration solutions.
Build integrations across:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- File-based interfaces
- Databases
- Cloud/SaaS applications
Develop reusable Workato recipes, connectors, and integration frameworks.
Implement data transformation, orchestration, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Support the complete delivery lifecycle including:
- Solution Design
- Development
- Unit Testing
- SIT/UAT Support
- Deployment
- Hypercare & Production Support
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide defect resolution and performance optimization.
Ensure adherence to integration, security, governance, and data standards.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Essential:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5–8 years of integration development experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workato development experience.

Preferred:
Workato

Strong hands-on experience with Workato recipes and custom connectors.
Experience with Workato environment management and deployment processes.
Knowledge of Workato monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Experience implementing complex orchestration workflows.

2 levels of Workato Foundation Certifications
