Now, Regal is looking for a highly organised Project Coordinator/Administrator to provide critical support to our Project and Site Management teams, helping deliver high-quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The expected salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum plus superannuation.

In this role, you'll be the central point of coordination for project administration, procurement, documentation, and communication, ensuring our site teams have the information and resources they need to succeed. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, playing a key role in the smooth delivery of every project.

We would love to hear from you if:

• You have 2+ years' experience in a project administration or site coordination role within the construction, civil, landscaping, or related industry
• You hold a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• You have a current White Card and driver's licence
• You are highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and are comfortable using project management software
• You have an understanding of construction drawings, procurement processes, project documentation, and site safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to Project and Site Managers.
• Prepare, distribute, and maintain project documentation, including drawings, purchase orders, subcontractor records, and variations.
• Coordinate staff, subcontractors, deliveries, equipment, and site meetings.
• Monitor project progress and assist with milestone reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate materials and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, and assist with procurement activities.
• Support cost tracking, progress claims, subcontractor payments, and project variations.
• Assist with maintaining WHS, Quality, and Environmental compliance documentation, including SWMS, inspections, and safety records.
• Act as the key administrative link between site teams and head office while fostering strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project administration systems and processes.
