Marketing & Communications Manager (Client Implementation)

About the role

Run the marketing for a small portfolio of clients against a strategy that has already been set. The plans exist. The playbooks exist. Someone needs to own them, drive them, brief specialists, chase the pieces, keep clients informed, and make sure what was agreed in week one is live by week six.

Key responsibilities

• Own marketing delivery for a small portfolio of clients against pre-set strategy

• Drive creative execution of existing plans and playbooks

• Brief specialists and coordinate activities

• Chase deliverables and ensure timely completion

• Keep clients informed throughout delivery

• Ensure agreed outcomes are delivered on schedule

• Own rambert.co's own marketing end to end

• Identify when strategy is not working and communicate this

• Manage multiple clients and industries simultaneously

• Help build the delivery function

• Attend the occasional day onsite down in Frankston

About you

• 5+ years in marketing, probably agency side or in-house at an SME

• Genuinely better at finishing things than starting them

• Curious about marketing, AI and bettering your craft

• Has run several accounts or marketing projects at once without dropping any of them

• Can sit across from a business owner and hold the room

• Able to learn fast and apply learnings quickly in an AI native organisation

• Willing to roll sleeves up as well as coordinate activities

rambert.co is a strategic marketing consultancy. We work with 7 and 8 figure business owners who grew on reputation and referrals and now need marketing that runs without them. Demand for the work has outgrown the way we deliver it. So we are building a delivery function, and this is the first role in it. It is a real seat with real ownership, not a support role.
