Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the Quality & Technical team with audit administration, quality systems, reporting, and other required initiatives.
• Oversee and maintain quality and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective distribution to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of continual improvement initiatives across quality and compliance systems.
• Promote and contribute to a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organisation.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage multiple tasks, priorities and administrative requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Support the continuous improvement of quality, food safety and compliance systems and processes.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers

About You: 

• Tertiary qualification or currently completing studies in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
• Analytical and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Professional, positive and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, accountability and a commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and respond to changing business needs.
