Macquarie Park | Onsite | 2-Month Temporary Contract

Flexible 7.6-Hour Workdays (Start between 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM)

Are you meticulous with data, comfortable navigating multiple system screens, and looking for a high-volume administration role where your accurate work directly impacts team success?

We are partnering with the not for profit industry in Macquarie Park to recruit two reliable Revenue & Billing Officers for an immediate 2-month contract. Joining a supportive 10-person finance team, you will help tackle a post-system implementation backlog by updating resident rates, processing physical mail, and resolving billing non-compliance.

The role is open to someone who has great experience within the data entry space as well as long as they are able to navigate multiple systems and are quick learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing & Rate Updates: Review, enter, and validate resident rate updates in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Mail Processing & Digitization: Open, sort, scan, and organize incoming physical mail on-site.
• Compliance Checks: Assist in resolving billing non-compliance issues and maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Multi-Tab System Navigation: Process incoming documentation across multiple system tabs and databases simultaneously.

What We Are Looking For

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks with a track record of catching small errors. Strong data entry and administration experience with high attention to detail.
• Tech Aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems is a bonus!
• Work Ethic & Mindset: A positive, team-first attitude and resilience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Able to commit fully to an onsite role in Macquarie Park for the full 2-month duration.
• Strong data entry experience are welcomed to apply.
