About the role
Location: Perth, AustraliaExperience: ~10 YearsEligibility: Australian Citizen, PR, or Valid Visa Holder
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport SAP PA, OM, Australia Payroll (PY), TM, and Benefits.Manage Australian Payroll compliance including STP, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave, Terminations, and Year-End activities.Troubleshoot payroll issues, reconciliations, enhancements, and legislative changes.Support integrations with SuccessFactors EC, SAP CPI/Integration Suite, FI/CO, Banking, and Superannuation.Work closely with Payroll, HR, and business stakeholders on incidents, governance, and service reviews.
Mandatory SkillsStrong SAP HR/HCM & Australian Payroll experience.Experience with S/4 HANAExcellent knowledge of SAP Payroll, Time Management, PA/OM.Experience with SuccessFactors EC and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Australian Payroll statutory and legislative knowledge.
