Outbound Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

This is a relationship-focused sales role. You'll be given an established customer base, and your focus will be on getting to know our customers, understanding their businesses, keeping in touch and identifying ways we can help them.

Key responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with existing customers
• Re-engaging customers we haven't heard from in a while
• Keeping in regular contact and understanding what customers are working on
• Helping customers find the right media, inks, laminates, finishing products and other solutions
• Following up quotes, enquiries, samples and previous orders
• Identifying opportunities where Total Image Supplies can provide additional products or support
• Recognising larger equipment opportunities for our sales team
• Keeping customer information and follow-up activity up to date

About you

• Outgoing and personable who genuinely enjoys talking to people
• Natural relationship builder who is confident picking up the phone
• Interested in what customers are doing and good at keeping conversations going
• Organised, proactive and good at following things through
• Understanding of the print industry and its applications would be a real advantage
