QUALIFIED CABINET MAKER WANTED (FACTORY BASED) START ASAP

COS Interiors is a growing, premium joinery company based in Braeside, specialising in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and bespoke residential joinery.

We work closely with leading Melbourne architects, designers and builders to produce quality custom joinery, and we’re looking for an experienced Qualified Cabinet Maker to join our factory team.

This is a factory-based position, working alongside a skilled team to manufacture and assemble high-quality custom cabinetry from start to finish.

Your day-to-day work will include:

• Manufacturing and assembling high-end custom cabinetry and joinery

• Working from detailed plans, drawings and cutting lists

• Operating workshop machinery and equipment

• Cutting, assembling and finishing cabinetry to a high standard

• Ensuring accuracy, quality and attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process

• Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop

• Working as part of a professional and supportive team

We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys producing quality joinery.

You will have:

• A Cabinet Making qualification

• Previous experience in a custom or high-end joinery environment

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship

• The ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings

• Good knowledge of cabinet construction and joinery techniques

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude

• A strong focus on quality, accuracy and getting the job done right

• 12:45pm knock-off on Fridays!
