Our team has just been named Property Team of the Year at the 2026 Australian Law Awards. We are currently recruiting an experienced Associate or Lawyer to join our team in Sydney.The Real Estate practice are trusted advisers to listed and private REITs, major property developers, leading corporates, private equity, pension and super funds, and financiers. The team work on complex commercial real estate matters, including urban renewal development projects, joint ventures, capital transactions, project delivery agreements, structured title developments, and leasing.At Corrs, we help you achieve your ambition - at every stage of your career.About You:Successful candidates will have:A minimum of 2 years PQEDemonstrated transactional real estate experience gained in a reputable commercial law firmWell developed knowledge of core areas of property legislation and GST in a property contextAbility to support large, complex transactions through strong drafting and negotiation skillsClient-focused mindset and commercial acumen
