This exciting role will see you working in a vibrant retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. What you'll be doing

1. Delivering friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all customers

2. Assisting with the processing of sales transactions

3. Restocking and maintaining the presentation of merchandise

4. Providing recommendations and advice to customers on products

5. Supporting general store operations as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment

2. A minimum of 3+ years retail or customer service experience is required

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work well as part of a team

5. Flexible and adaptable approach to your work

6. Passion for providing excellent customer service
