Kitchen Benchtop Drafter – Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual

We are a leading stone benchtop manufacturer based in Lonsdale, with a strong reputation for delivering premium-quality stone benchtops and exceptional customer service. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Benchtop Drafter to join our friendly and professional team.

As our Kitchen Benchtop Drafter, you will play a key role in preparing accurate manufacturing drawings and working closely with clients, sales and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Prepare accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings for kitchen stone benchtops.

• Produce detailed manufacturing and production drawings.

• Read and interpret architectural and cabinetry plans.

• Liaise with customers, builders and other stakeholders regarding project details.

• Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight turnaround times.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience using AutoCAD (essential).

• Experience drafting kitchen benchtops, cabinetry or joinery (preferred).

• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Reliability, punctuality and a positive work ethic.

Experience in any of the following is an advantage but not essential:

• Stone fabrication and stone products.

• Cabinetmaking, joinery or the building industry.

• Manufacturing or production drafting.
