ERTM Project Manager _ Perth

Job Description : ERTM Project Manager

·        Experience in  Project Manager with domain knowledge in the ETRM space (Energy trading and Marketing, Agreement & Contract live cycle management).

Domain Experience:

·        Experience in designing and implementing any Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) system.

·        Good knowledge on Oil and Gas Marketing and Agreements/contract life cycle management.

Adhere to Deliver Digital Solution (DDS) Procedure

·        Produce regular IT PSR’s (project progress, schedule tracking etc)

·        Communication of project status to key stakeholders

·        High Assurance (HA) project requirements (for HA projects)

·        Produce and maintain detailed project plan with assignments and task status (% complete)

·        Manage Transition to Operations (TTO)

·        Reporting eg Jira updates

Deliver the project within the agreed time (schedule) including

·        Working with vendor PMs (where applicable) to ensure project objectives are met

·        Schedule, chair and minute regular project team meetings

·        Direct project teamwork activities

·        Escalate risks and issues e.g. scope creep, schedule change, or quality change

·        For integrations with other IT systems work with BPO’s as necessary to get approval
