Due to a planned Partner retirement, the firm is seeking an experienced public practice professional to join its succession pathway and become part of the future leadership team.

The Role 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of business advisory and taxation clients 

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team 

• Develop and strengthen long-term client relationships 

• Identify business development opportunities and drive growth initiatives 

• Work closely with the leadership team on succession and strategic planning 

• Progress towards Equity Partnership 

About You 

• 8+ years' experience within a CA or CPA public practice firm 

• Strong Business Services and Advisory background 

• Demonstrated leadership and client relationship management skills 

• Commercially minded with business development capability 

• Seeking a long-term leadership and Partnership opportunity
