About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Western Landscape Supplies as an Internal Sales Consultant. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time role is based at our Willawong, QLD location. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients across the landscaping industry.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to inbound sales enquiries from existing and prospective customers
• Providing expert product knowledge and advice to assist customers with their landscaping needs
• Preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client accounts
• Liaising with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
• Identifying and proactively following up on new sales opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Collaborating with the wider sales and operations teams to contribute to the company's overall success

About you

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar sales or customer service role, preferably within the landscaping or construction industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide technical advice and solutions to customers
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
