Driver Hire Tasmania is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operators for several of our valued clients across the Greater Hobart area.

With multiple opportunities available and clients looking to fill positions urgently, we’re keen to hear from reliable, safety-focused operators who are ready to get to work and make a positive contribution from day one.

The Roles

Depending on the assignment, duties may include:

• Safe and efficient forklift operation

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

• Moving, stacking and storing goods

• Picking and preparing orders

• General warehouse and yard duties

• Completing basic paperwork and stock movements

• Working closely with warehouse, transport and operations teams

• Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• A current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)

• Recent, practical forklift experience

• Experience within warehousing, transport, logistics or similar environments

• A strong commitment to workplace safety

• Reliability and a solid work ethic

• A positive, can-do attitude

• Good communication skills

• The willingness to pitch in and be part of a great team

• Your own reliable transport to get to and from work
