Diploma Beauty Therapist Wanted

About the role

You'll provide a range of beauty and advanced skin treatments, conduct client consultations and manage your own clients from booking through to payment. The role involves taking your own client payments, managing your own bookings, conducting thorough client consultations, maintaining treatment rooms and hygiene standards, providing a professional and welcoming client experience, building and maintaining your own client base, and performing massage treatments or being willing to train in massage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced O Cosmedics facials, skin needling, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, chemical peels, laser hair removal, HIFU, and RF microneedling treatments
• Conduct skin consultations and create treatment plans
• Provide product recommendations and home-care advice
• Take your own client payments
• Manage your own bookings
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Maintain treatment rooms and hygiene standards
• Provide a professional and welcoming client experience
• Build and maintain your own client base
• Perform massage treatments or be willing to train in massage

About you

• Diploma-qualified Beauty Therapist
• Previous beauty industry experience
• Experience with skin treatments and consultations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident working independently
• Comfortable managing your own bookings and payments
• Reliable, punctual and committed to your agreed working hours
• Professional, friendly and passionate about client care
• Current laser licence/qualification, particularly for laser hair removal (highly desirable)
• Experience with advanced skin treatments, skin needling, microdermabrasion, facials, chemical peels, HIFU and/or RF microneedling (highly desirable)
