Stock Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and organised Stock Controller to join our team at Healthyworld Pharmacy Chermside.  As a key member of our Pharmacy team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory and to merchandise our busy pharmacy to ensure we provide the highest level of service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Ensuring the pharmacy is well merchandised

• Monitoring and controlling stock levels

• Receiving, inspecting and storing new stock deliveries

• Organising stock rotations and managing expiry dates

• Conducting regular stock takes and reconciliations

• Identifying and resolving any stock discrepancies or issues

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date stock records and documentation

• Supporting the Pharmacy team with day-to-day operations

What we're looking for

• Experience in a stock control or inventory management role in retail pharmacy 

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
