Accounts Payable Officer

Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest.

You’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of subcontractor and supplier invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining strong relationships across internal departments. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team within a well-established home building brand.

What You’ll Do

Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detailMatch invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptlyPerform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statementsEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresCollaborate with internal departments to address payment-related enquiriesSupport month-end processing and reporting as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance positionProficiency in accounting software such as Timberline, TimberScan, or similar systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationshipsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
