The Role

As Venue Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's overall performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional food, service, and operational standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Creating an exceptional customer experience every shift
• Driving sales, labour, and cost performance to achieve business targets
• Managing rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and team development
• Maintaining outstanding food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
• Overseeing inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Ensuring the venue is clean, organised, and operating to Burger Urge standards
• Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
• Implementing local marketing initiatives and supporting business growth
• Building a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and fun

You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the restaurant.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience managing labour, food costs, and key business metrics
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
• Positive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
