The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced HVAC Maintenance Technicians to join our CV Asset Services team, based out of Hendra.

This is a permanent, full-time maintenance role working across multiple key client accounts — including large commercial and critical infrastructure sites across Brisbane. You’ll be doing what good HVAC techs do best: keeping systems running, fault-finding, servicing and delivering quality maintenance work without chasing short-term jobs.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across commercial and critical facilitiesServicing, fault-finding and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systemsProviding practical, customer-focused solutions to key clientsWorking safely and efficiently in line with standards and site requirementsMaintaining clear communication with supervisors and your wider team

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenanceHands-on refrigeration experienceStrong time management and organisational skillsSafety-focused with a good attitude and attention to detailComfortable working independently and as part of a team

Licences & Tickets (Essential)

Refrigerant Handling LicenceRestricted Electrical LicenceQBCC LicenceC-Class manual driver’s licence
