About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting a seasoned Sales Representative or Account Manager to join our Job Site Specialist team within our Emergency Services division, covering Brisbane and surrounding regions.

In this role, you'll work with a diverse range of end users across Emergency Services, Defence, Corrections, Healthcare, Local Government and other organisations. You'll help frontline professionals identify solutions that improve safety, productivity and performance while representing one of the most recognised brands in the industry.

Your primary focus will be to create user demand for Milwaukee products across all categories, drive end-user conversion and grow market share throughout your territory. You'll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand purchasing pathways, and deliver solution-based selling experiences that create long-term value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-user conversion to Milwaukee and increase market share across your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer partnerships.
• Deliver solution-based demonstrations and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline and customer activity records through Salesforce CRM.
• Represent Milwaukee at industry events, customer training sessions and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Contribute positively to team culture whilst actively participating in personal and professional development opportunities.

About You

• Previous sales, account management or business development experience.
• Trade, technical or industry experience would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with Government, Local Government, Defence, Healthcare, Corrections or Emergency Services organisations would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a dynamic territory and identify new business opportunities.
• Full driver's licence and ability to satisfy background screening requirements necessary to access Defence and other secure customer sites.
