About the role
Become a Roof Plumbing Apprentice at O'Leary Roofing NSW Pty Ltd, a leading provider of roofing services in Smeaton Grange, NSW. In this full-time position, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to excel in the building trades industry.
What you'll be doing
Assist experienced roof plumbers in the installation, maintenance and repair of roof systems, including gutters, downpipes and other roofing components
Learn how to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Develop proficiency in the safe use of tools and equipment required for roof plumbing work
Participate in on-the-job training and attend off-site courses to obtain your Roof Plumbing Apprenticeship qualification
Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and on time
What we're looking for
Strong interest and commitment to a career in the building trades industry
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour tasks
