Strata Cleaner – Fixed Monday to Friday Shift – Maroubra

For more than 34 years, Tru Brite Cleaning Services has worked within Sydney’s premium strata sector, providing professional cleaning services to some of Sydney’s leading residential developments.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Cleaner to join our relief team across Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Maroubra.

This is a Monday to Friday morning position with an immediate start available.

The role is primarily focused on maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the property’s common and front-of-house areas to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

• Vacuuming and mopping common areas
• Cleaning and maintaining lifts and lift lobbies
• Cleaning glass surfaces, including squeegee work
• Dusting and wiping surfaces throughout common areas
• Maintaining entrance and front-of-house areas
• Cleaning recreational facilities and common amenities
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and bathroom facilities
• Cleaning and maintaining the gym area
• General presentation and upkeep of residential common areas
• Assisting with other cleaning duties as required

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous professional cleaning experience
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Is reliable, punctual and professional
• Has a positive attitude and works well as part of a team
• Is comfortable working in a premium residential environment
• Has sufficient English communication skills to understand instructions and communicate appropriately with residents, Building Management and supervisors
• Is eligible to work in Australia
