Multinail - Estimator / Detailer

Multinail are looking for a Technical Support Officer to join our QLD team, based in Gold Caost.

If you've worked in timber detailing, drafting, or estimating and are looking for a role where no two days are quite the same, we'd love to hear from you.

This role supports customers across Queensland, South Australia and the Northern Territory, so you'll have the opportunity to get out on the road, build relationships, and see firsthand how our products and software are used across the industry.

As a Technical Support Officer, you'll play an important part in helping our customers get the most out of our products and be right at the centre of this next chapter for the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Using your detailing and estimating experience you will be supporting our customers across QLD and SA with both current and new detailing software, as part of the wider Multinail team dedicated to these regions

• Installing, updating, and helping teams get the most from our systems

• Travelling regularly to customer sites — no two weeks will ever look the same

• Acting as the vital link between customers and our software team

• Growing your own skills as the industry moves forward

What you’ll bring

• A sound understanding of construction methods and processes, including how houses and buildings are assembled and structurally put together

• Experience using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software and confidence navigating technology

• Experience using either - Multinail Cornerstone, MiTek 20/20 or Pryda Build is highly advantageous

• Strong problem-solving skills — you enjoy working through challenges and finding solutions

• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers

• A driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regularly

• Experience as a detailer or estimator is desirable but not essential
