Inbound Sales Specialist - All Nexon Locations

The this role provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team. The role manages inbound enquiries, prepares quotations, maintains accurate customer and sales information, and coordinates with internal teams to support customer outcomes and sales activity.
Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales enquiries through phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Support the Sales team with carrier qualification, quote preparation and general sales administration.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity and account information in CRM and other business systems.
• Keep up to date with carrier and vendor portals, processes and tools.
• Support customer renewals, cross-selling opportunities and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, Finance and Technical teams regarding products, services, SLAs, cutover dates and carrier requirements.
• Ensure customer and sales information is complete, current and available for reporting, marketing and account management.
• Participate in relevant product, vendor and sales training.
• Maintain clear records and documentation to support sales activity and customer outcomes.

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Account Coordination.
• Demonstrated experience supporting a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing customer and sales enquiries across phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Experience preparing quotations, processing sales requests and coordinating follow-up activities.
• Experience using CRM systems to maintain customer records, opportunities, activities and account information.
• Confidence working across multiple systems, including CRM, ticketing, quoting, vendor and carrier portals.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and complete requests within required timeframes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Strong customer service focus, with the ability to resolve routine issues and escalate more complex matters appropriately.
• Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM experience is desirable.
• ServiceNow or similar ticketing and workflow system experience is desirable.
• Experience in telecommunications, managed services or the technology sector is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute effectively within a team.
