The Opportunity:

We're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Services submissions team, based in Mile End for an initial 12 month contract period. This fast-paced and diverse role will see you working with the Submissions team to coordinate tenders for the National Airports Infrastructure services business unit. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of our Pre-Contracts team as we are actively pursuing a range of opportunities throughout the country.

Key responsibilities:

• Using Microsoft Word templates to set up tender response documentation;
• Collating information, obtaining graphics and assisting the team with reviewing and updating content;
• Updating and coordinating Resource Library content;
• Formatting of documents to a high standard in both Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and design packages;
• Maintaining structures and organised folder systems;
• Ad hoc administration duties.​

About You:

• Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Suite;
• A strong sense of urgency and ability to work to deadlines;
• Strong attention to detail and high-quality standards of work;
• A confident communicator who can articulate themselves clearly, coupled with the ability to proofread and correct grammatical mistakes
• Prior experience in a pre-contracts/submissions role within a civil infrastructure/construction environment would be highly beneficial
