About the Role:

• This is a part-time ECT role for 2 days a week. Monday is a requirement, the other day can be accomodated.
• Deliver high-quality early childhood education and care as a valued ECT
• Create safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environments for children
• Plan, implement, and reflect on programs in line with the EYLF and NQS
• Support, mentor, and collaborate with educators in your room
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

About You:

• Passionate, confident, and collaborative – you lead with heart in everything you do
• Strong communicator who builds trust and positive relationships with families and educators
• Organised and reflective, always striving for high-quality outcomes
• Inspiring and supportive team member who uplifts colleagues
• Committed to ongoing professional learning and best practice in ECE

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• NESA Teacher Accreditation
• Have to be available on Mondays.
• Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices
• Current Working With Children Check
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Training
• National child safety training (Gecko)
• Child Protection Training
