About the role
Informative Security Services has been established since 2001 and is based in Seven Hills NSW. We provide the installation, service and maintenance of Electronic Security Systems to the commercial and the Strata Market.
Great working hours Monday to Friday 8am-430pm.
Minor changes to Working Hours available.
Supportive, Positive Environment.
The Role
Primary duties would include
Service Coordination - Scheduling quotes, service attendances, maintenance and installations for technicians, including Setting and rescheduling appointments, acting as the first point of contact for customer and clients and the ordering of equipment and parts required.
Receiving, managing and monitoring of work requests and emails from our clients.
Liaising with clients, contacts and technicians.
Ordering of equipment required
General Office Administration Duties
The Candidate
For the candidate application success they need to show
Communication and customer service skills.
All-Rounder office administration skills including client & customer service, record management etc.
The ability to learn new tasks quickly and to be adaptive.
Well-developed computer skills
The ability to work without supervision, to be self-motivated.
The following would be an advantage:
Experience in the Electronic Security Industry with knowledge of equipment and parts.
Experience in Service Coordination
Experience with Tradify Job Management Software
