Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder

📍 Hospital Cafe in Parkville

We're looking for an experienced Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder to join our fast-paced team.

As a Sandwich Hand / Café All-Rounder, you'll primarily be responsible for preparing fresh sandwiches and grab-and-go food while delivering excellent customer service. We operate across multiple areas including Coffee, Kitchen, Cold Food, and Hot Food, so we're looking for someone who is flexible and willing to assist other sections whenever needed.

• Start with 3–4 days per week

• Monday–Wednesday: Flexible roster

• Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (essential)

• Opportunity to progress to full-time for the right person

• Previous café or sandwich bar experience (essential)

• Good customer service skills (essential)

• Coffee knowledge and basic barista skills (essential)

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (essential)

• Strong attention to detail (essential)

• Excellent multitasking ability (essential)

• Catering experience

• Cooking Knowledge

• Reliable, punctual and a team player (essential)

• Must have full working rights in Australia (essential)
