At Think Water Cairns, our office is where tradies, sparkies, plumbers, engineers, Councils, specialist industries and Government all come together looking to us for solutions. Some know exactly what they need, some don’t. Some arrive with a muddy fitting in one hand and a tangled story in the other.

Either way, we always help them out.

About the Role:

As part of our Solutions team, you'll be:

• Helping clients find the right products and solutions.

• Processing sales and orders.

• Assisting and liaising with our design and project teams.

• Answering and assisting phone enquiries.

• Working alongside our workshop and service teams to keep jobs moving.

• Soaking up plenty of hydraulic and electrical learning and training.

• Having a great laugh and learning a lot on the daily.

No two days are the same—and that's exactly how we like it.

Who We're Looking For:

You don't need to know everything about pumping, filtration, plumbing, irrigation, hydraulics, electrics or water on day one. We can teach you all of that in good time…

What we're really looking for is someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people.

• Has a positive, can-do attitude with good character.

• Likes solving problems and is handy with math's and English.

• Is organised and happy to roll up their sleeves.

• Can crank up the pace and break a sweat when required.

• Can have a good laugh while still getting the job done.

Retail, trade supplies, plumbing, irrigation or water industry experience would be a big bonus, but it's not essential.
