Despatch Supervisor - PM Shift

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Despatch Supervisor to join the PM shift at our highly automated Dandenong South warehouse.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily despatch operations, lead and support the warehouse team, coordinate workflow and ensure orders are dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

Key duties include team supervision, RF scanning, pallet consolidation, carton handling, pallet wrapping, invoice preparation and coordinating vehicle loading.

Previous despatch or warehouse leadership experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Our Day Shift times are:

3:00pm - 11:30pm - Monday to Thursday

1:00pm to 7:30pm - Fridays

Forklift license would be an added bonus but not necessary.  Ideally, you will have experience working in a warehouse environment.  A positive work ethic and strong focus on safety is essential.  You must be capable of working in a team to meet pick rate standards, safety targets and tight time frames.  You will be physically fit and HAPPY!
