Role Description: Looking for an experienced Female Cleaning Supervisor for a full-time, on-site, hands on role based in Perth, WA, responsible for overseeing and supporting cleaning team members and ensuring all work meets company standards and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include assigning duties, coordinating schedules, monitoring cleaning quality, and providing hands-on support where needed. The role involves training team members in proper cleaning techniques and health and safety procedures, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues or client feedback. The Cleaning Supervisor will also maintain stock levels, ensure equipment is used safely and correctly, and complete basic reporting on work completed, incidents, and improvements. This position requires regular communication with management and clients to support smooth operations and high levels of service.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.Experience in commercial cleaning, with sound knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work constructively with team members and clients.Understanding of health & safety requirements, including safe work practices and incident reporting.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain high attention to detail.Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or team leader role is highly regarded.Basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and communication are beneficial.Reliable transport to travel to and between work sites in Perth, WA.Lead by example and demonstrate MetaCleaning’s standards of professionalism, quality and care.
